Went there for breakfast. Wouldn't recommend the banh mi there. You can get better/cheaper ones on the street. The coffee was ok, but expensive. The staff couldn't speak English, but they had an English menu. The selection of bread was very small. I wouldn't call it an authentic bakery.

Don't get the banh mi here. We tried 2 different ones and they were the worst we've ever had in Vietnam! They have an odd selection of teas - the menu boards say you can get these teas iced/hot but when you order a hot version, they say it's only served iced! Fix your boards, then! I ordered the Earl Grey Lime Tea thinking it was going to be something special. It was just a tea bag with a slice of lime! The iced coffee was the only good thing but that's hard to mess up. Not everything is translated so use Google Translate. Their English is not fluent and they will give you the wrong change so make sure to count it! Also, they do not take credit card!
